I.m Using Your AIrcel service More than 5 Years .. 5 days Ago without my knowledge you people activated dialer tune to my number (99766 35743). I’m a church Priest. you set a Cine song as a dialer tune to my number .. I was trying for the past 3 days to deactivate this cine song.. but You people are not responding properly.. I sent sms to deactivate that song as you mentioned your website.. Twice I sent sms You people took 6 Rs for that message but still the song is there and the reply You sent is Invalid Status RBT keyword.. When I called your costomer care I Couldn’t get your person .. I want You People to Deactivate this song with in 2 Hours … Or I’ll give a case on troy about your illegal Service and your careless in customer service.. Don’t force me to withdraw all our friends and family circle connections from your Network..
