The SMS when complaint was registered

On 24 Oct which is yet to come their SMS, without addressing the problem, will come as
"Dear customer. Thanks for an opportunity to serve you. Trust your Ticket 25588144 for Tel 01146064805 has been resolved. Call 121 for any support."
I faced this type of treatment earlier also. No one cares no one listens. Hope this time they send message after taking action on the complaint and not as a ritual without addressing the complaint.
