ICICI Bank/BSNL/Euronet Worldwide India Pvt Ltd
Amount debited to Bank Account but top up to Mobile not provided

Rs 500 each for two BSNL prepaid mobiles top up was charged to my ICICI Bank Account. But no top was provided even after more than 3 days.

Transaction Nos.210970822/1009 dt 5-3-11 and

Transaction No.210971000/1009 dt 5-3-11 both for Rs. 500 each.

Is there some body to monitor and arrange to refund my hard earned money?
