The ICICI Internet Facility is very unreliable
It offers online funds transfer and it is not working as they are doing some maintenance for entire two days
The servers do not send out the URN when you add an account payee
The phone number is masked and they dont have a way to see what all the digits are
I have faced problems and losses many a time as the customer service is also not empowered to correct these issues, or give any other way to get the transactions completed on time
This is a major issue for NRIs because they have no where to go. I sincereny advise not to rely on ICICI for their Internet Banking
