I had been using a prepaid connection number 9903015352 of airtel since last 4-5 years, On the 16th September I goth the sim card reissued since my old card got misplaced. At the same time Rs.333.00 e-recharge was also done to my number. After all these I made calls to few numbers. Suddenly the network went off and the customer care officer told me its a technical snag, the issue would be solved in a couple of hours. Finally nothing happened and I went personally to the teleshop, they say the number has been removed from the system and I cannot use the number anymore. They refuse to refund the Rs.333.00 and also not assisting to take up the matter to senior level. I have distributed this number to all over the globe to all my business associates.
Please help me to get out of this trap, many more customer had thronged the Airtel's showroom facing the same kind of fraud.
