I have recharge Rs.16 at 5.40 pm. on 5/2 for 500 MB free GPRS browsing. After recharge Rs.2.90 deducted from my main account and when I open facebook then they charge me 33 paisa. I called to customer care at 12345 and say everything then they told me that free GPRS will activate after 10 min of rechage then they gave me another no for details. 12345 then press 1 and then 2, after calling they told me you will be charged when you download/open the chargable site but there is no charge for free site or free download then I open a free site (pksongs) site for a song (free download) but they charged me 24.97 INR. I again call them and they answered me everything will be charged if you download because there is no free download and this is our system. I am surprised, what's going on? and why they announcing 500 MB GPRS browsing free? Please save our money from the cheatter. Ujjwal Biswas -- 9093431753
