Company has accepted payment but refused to serve

I have purchased idea SIMcard bearing number8108748947 from dealerin Goregaon (West) Mumbai by giving my voter id as identity & residential proof. SIM card was activated immediately. I opted1p/sec plan and also toppedup it with Rs 200 talk value.

After somedays services to these number were blocked. When enquired in store I have been asked to resubmitthe documents. I again resubmitted the documents on 16 Juntodealer. According to him he has forwarded the documents toidea galleryat SwamiVivekanand marg, Goregaon West on next day.

However, services to this numberwasnot resumed. I contacted idea gallery at SwamiVivekanand marg, Goregaon (W) on23rd Jun. He told me that card hasbeenpermanently blocked due to nonuses of card within a month. I explainedthat services for this card are blocked by idea even after submitting documents twice, then how can I use the card?

Person at idea gallery toldthatdocuments are received in company on 22nd Junand card hasbeenpermanently blocked on 21st Jun. When enquired with dealer, hetold Ihave submitted documents in time; howevercompany does not give any acknowledgment.

In this case what is myfault and why should Ibear in-convenience and loss of Rs200/-

If idea does not want to serve for what company has accepted the payment and activate the card my payment must be returned back and I will go to any other operator.

ButImust be adequatelycompensated.
