De-activation of Port change no's

I have requested for Port change of the following mobile no's from IDEA to AIRTEL.

9848182474 & 98487 99006

IDEA has accepted the request and the no's has been activated in AIRTEL.I have taken the SIM cards from AIRTEL and has been using the no's in AIRTEL for the past 20days and stopped using IDEA SIM cards. On 05.07.2011 when i have hecked up with IDEACELLULAR LTD, 39-7-1.SURYA KRISHNA TOWERS, M.G.ROAD, LABBIPET, VIJAYAWADA both the no's were not de-activated and they have raised requests for de-activation. RECEIVED a call from AIRTEL today requesting me to submit latest and final bill paid in IDEA.I was shocked to hear that still the no's are not de-activated and they asked me to pay the rent for the no's which i have not used. I request somebody to guide me to get this problem resolved.
