1GB GPRS PLAN in Post paid - cheating customers

I am holding corporate offer Plan 249 Rs. and also activated 99Rs. GPRS plan. [Credit Limit is: 1000/- Rs]

Yesterday they barred all services without any prior notice, as my unbilled amount reached >2200Rs, in that max of 175MB I have used under GPRS plan.

From the above situation, I got to know that for using 1GB GPRS plan,

I can’t use more than 200MB of total 1GB or I need to credit the amount at the rate of 10Paise/10KB in advance which will be in thousands of Rupees.

This looks IDEA bluffing their POSTPAID customers, by charging money without providing full services...
