I have submitted requests to IDEA Cellular via Customer care and SMS for activating the DND-Service which is a Right for any consumer, many a times. Having asked for activation of this service, twice via SMS and twice through Customer Care representatives, I was assured of the service within 24 hours each time.
However I still receive CALLS and TEXT SMS from IDEA regarding schemes and plans and services - indicating the careless and no-value-to-customers attitude of IDEA Cellular.
This is highly annoying and I am personally in no intention of continuing with IDEA, neither would I recommend it to anyone.
Until then, Please take heed to my request and do the appropriate at the earliest!
