Online recharge service of Idea Cellular is pathetic. It happened with me 3 times that it debits

amount from bank a/c and shows transaction failed. Later it takes 3-4

days to get that balance. Nodal Officer doesn't bother to pay attention. Calling its customer care is of no use. Sometime they tell to wait for, depending on their whim, 24 hour, 48 hrs or 72 hours. It sometime becomes very difficult to comprehend which language they are talking. Rarely can they talk in proper Marathi, let alone English. If you call the no. of nodal officer, it directs you to 12345. If you call 12345, it is suggested that you call 198 for any grievance. Then calling 198, you’ll hear them requesting you to go to 12345.
