I am Lalita A. Gaykar bearing cell Nos. 9763848447 with prepaid idea cellular connection. I have been noticing that every day some amount is been deducted without my knowledge for the some Joke package, which I have never requested or subscribed. This would require immediate rectification and the idea people should apologize for the same and it should not be repeated hereafter. I want my money back, which they have deducted for this subscription.
When I went to local Idea Dealer (Airavat comm., Opp. Tata Motors main gate, Gawade colony, Chinchwad, Pune - 411033) on Monday 20/12 at 6:00pm, they told that automatically activated services will be stopped within 72 hours. But till date 24/12 it is not stopped. Till deducts Rs. 5 to 6 daily.
Today again I went to the dealer to ask about it. The lady told me to dial 1234 for customer care which is paid service and request to stop these packages. I refused and removed SIM card and returned her and asked to give writen not that (Customer is returning the Sim card because of these unwanted paid services). Then she contacted to customer services and told them to stop all paid services.
My question is HOW THE MOBILE COMPANY ACTIVATE THESE PAID PACKAGES LIKE (JOKES, NEWS, DIALAR TONES ETC.) WITHOUT CUSTOMER'S AUTHORISATION??? AND WHY SHOULD TAKES 72-72 HOURS TO DISCONTINUE THE PACKAGES???
