My complaint is I Have recharge 98/- Rs. providing 2 GB service in one month. But whenever I Net surfing

company has deducted my balance from Main account. After that I book my complaint to Idea customer

care for so many times but there is no response from idea customer care. My complaint has book on Date

15/12 Complaint No. is 11890301969.

They are saying the complaint is under process.

Past 10 days I am totally disturb and unsatisfied from their answers. Please pay attention to my complaint as soon as possible. Kindly consider my application.
