Regarding fake call from number which does not exist

Dear Sir,

I am getting fake calls from the Number 912039162000 for fake recruitment many times from diferrent different numbers from the same perosn.

when i tried to call the same number it says number does not exist.

Also the person is using abusive language.

I am located in Pune and my number is 9850119850, using idea number.i received the call today at 3.55pm on my number

Can i know the above number if does not exist then how can a call come from that number.

Please help me in the this regard, i am facing a problem due to this. what is the control measures taken care while allotting such numbers.

If we are allotting such numbers then anyone will be able to misuse the same in any manner.

Please look in to the matter at the earliest.
