Recharge Benefits not received

Dear sir,

I am a idea customer. My mobile no is 7350509050. On 16/04, I recharged with Rs. 47 for get Local Idea to Idea 1 Paisa/2 Seconds benifits. But I does not receive the benefit. I complaint about this for 3 times complaints nos. are (1) 1-15093950005 on 17/04, (2) 1-15132512927 on 20/04, (3) 1-15166645854 on 22/04. But the said complaint was not solved and my balance deducts for Local Idea to Idea with 1 Paisa/1 Second. I am suffered with this type of problem by these companies. Can you do something and help me to get my wrong deduct balance back. Please take action against this company.
