On line recharge mis guidance

Dear Sir,

I have online rechage for my cell no. 9904546696 of Rs. 11/- and that balance I didnt get in my main balance account. it was transfer to scheme account of idea that can be used by me if have balance in my main balance account.

so i rechage another time of Rs. 10 after consultaing their customer care executive named Mr. Nilesh.

then after the other balance also transfer to not the main accont and they said me i have to now other recharge for that talk time.

Kindly look into this matter and take necessary action that mis guide the customer
