Sir, few days back i.e. on 9th of September i got to know on checking of my balance that Rs.10 have been deducted. i have not received any messagge or call regarding such game pack till date. Then, I called customer care and they said that i have subscribed for game pack on internet. i called customer care and a gal was not even ready to listen what i was saying. i asked her for the refund for which she refused in an unhopeful manner. i can also not got to to local showroom in my city NARESH COMMUNICATION at KAMLA NEHRU NAGAR, JODHPUR as it is 5-6kms away from my home, so it is not possble for me to go there every time. I have been feeling so much inconvenience. this is also not the first time that my balance has been deducted for such unwanted packs. Kindly do something. my mobile no. is - 919694167171.
