Idea Prepaid Connection not working

I have bought new idea prepaid connection on 6-nov-11 from Faridabad i.e., 8743909588. It was activated on 7-Nov-11. I am unable to receive any call from landline number on this number. When someone calls to this number it says “Yeh Number Moujud nahi hai” and If someone dial this number from any mobile than I receive call. I have called many times to customer care but my problem is still pending. Even I have gone to Idea Store but they are saying that We don’t have any information about this series.

Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
