Poor service of prepaid custome

I Had converted my idea cellular postpaid sim to a prepaid sim at 19 November. i had submitted all the required documents and idea cellular was activated the sim at 20th of November. but before a week only they had disconnected my outgoing calls without any information at 26th November by evening 8.00pm. when i contacted the customer care they are not reacting properly, saying that my address proof is not correct and asked me to resubmit the documents again. till that they would not activate my out going call. also the outlets of the idea will be open at monday to saturday by morning 9.30 am to 7.00 pm. i'll reach to office by morning 9.00 and leave office by 7.00pm. there are no idea outlets are located near to my house or my office. i have to travel at least 18km to reach any one outlet, so i had asked to send the executive who collected my documents earlier they are not response for that properly. from the idea cellular they only sent the executive to collect the documents from me. please take a some action to regarding this.
