Unable to connect internet & subscribe dialer tone

In my number 9993738893 i am unable to connect to internet... while connecting msg comes that there is no internet connection... 2nd i am also unable to subscribe to dialer tones... i called customes care for both issues but they cannot give satisfactory answer... please solve both the issues as early as possible...!!
