Regarding Mobile number portability

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to inform you that I am using Idea post paid cellular service currently and I want to move to Vodafone by using your portability service. There is no outstanding amount due from my side till the last bill that has been generated by Idea cellular service. But then also my request has been rejected by my current operator. Now, I want to tell you that I have also cleared my un-billed amount for the current month for which the bill has not been generated.

So, kindly help me to migrate my number to Vodafone before 4th February because after that my UPC code will get expired. My present Number is 9891787079.
