My Name is Rishikesh, I am an employee of ADROIT GROUP OF INDIA .
On 27th march of Executive by Name MR.Latieef by Number 9844440376
from IDEA Idea Cellular Company Karnataka came to us and promised us to get 12 SIM Cards on Corporate Tariff Plan of 249. Thinking same we asked him to provide us credit limit of 1000 rs for each Sim card he also promised us to get all the 12 numbers in one serial. Believing Mr Latieef we provided all the documents and on 1th April the connections got activated and we were shocked to see that non of the numbers were in serial, nor the tariff plan was of 249 and nether the credit limit was 1000 rs.
The Tariff was like this
It was CUG 199
Credit Limit was 500
And Number were all jumbled
Now please suggest me or help me to take strict action this type of cheat company's like Idea!
