I wanted to pause my subscription for my Idea Net-setter data card. So, I went to Kharghar outlet and filled the requisite form. An executive saw my account, took all the dues and confirmed me that it will be stopped with immediate effect.
Just to confirm, I plugged my data card to laptop the next day and it was not working. I was sure that now it has been paused. I took a new broadband connection of reliance then after.
Few days back, I got my complete bill of Rs. 440, though I havn't used it a single day. When I called the customer care, they told me that it cannot be dne twice in a year and I have availed this facility earlier before. He said my request was rejected.
They never intimated me for the same and now they say I have to pay the bill whether I used it or no.
