Worst service and feed back

I'm M.Dileep from hyderabad. My Father (M.S.M. Raju) is using reliance cdma (prepaid) from the past 6 years. Recent times without any prior intimation he is being charged for various value added services which were not activated by him. Many a times we asked to the customer care executives to deactivate all such services but in vain. Yesterday (11/07) also my dad's balance was again deducted. I request the appropriate authority to solve this at the earliest convenience.
