Idea Cellular Limited-Prepaid
De-activation of Connection

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Nikesh Kumar Tiwari, a prepaid consumer of Idea Cellular Limited a telecommunications company of India.

I opted for migration from Postpaid to prepaid for my connection. My post paid Mobile Number was 9990092027. which has been deactivated automatically after 6 days of its activation.

When I interated with Customer Care, they were telling that my documents have not been received by them.

I am confused how my connection was activated before receipt of my documents at Idea Cellular Limited.

and how they have deactivated my outgoing calls without any intimation.
