I am having a connection of Idea, I am facing the lots of harresement from Idea Co Ltd.

My first complain is that they are sending the bills too late, for example if bill date is of 30th then customer is receving the bills at home around 5th, secondly even though there is a time of period of 15 days to pay the bill but comapany is making the unnecessary call and unwanted sms to customer for harressement.

I am getting the continious sms from comapany that my credit the limit getting exceding, when I visit the branch to pay the bill, Branch was closed.

Thrice, I have visited the branch in just two days.

In this case fault is of company, then why they are making irrated to customer.
