Additional services activation without request

Dear Sir,

Subject: Wrong activation of services on cell without request.

Idea has activated talk time 299 rental plant on my cell without activation from my side. This is erroneously charging to the customer from Idea Celluar Ltd. They are charging amount in my bill since last four to five months from Oct 10 to Feb 11. We have talk number of times with customer care on number 4999 idea customer care. They has not consider the same.

Again they have barred on 03.02.2011 by outgoing services due the payment in respect of additional amount charged in the bill.

Before that idea agreed for the mistake and agree to reversed the additional amount from the bill. Still they has barred the outgoing from my cell.

Can u do for such customer harrashment. Please do something for this. I Request to you.
