My connection mo. no.-9887368586 is deactivated on dated 11.12.2009 without any prior information, but my validation period for this no. is march which is shown in my balance query every time .this is my permanent no. due to this i face so many problems in my daily life . for this i have discus to idea costumer care they told me that this no. is deactivated by the company directly and not give me any sufficient answer.

please activate my connection as soon as possible otherwise i complaints to higher authorities.
