Dear Sir,
My Idea no. is 9594513832 & its been registered in the name of Kinjal Furia.
Inspite of my DND service been activated from 4th June I received a call from Idea company on 18th February & they automatically activated Sms Masti Pack on my no. & a sum of Rs 10 has been deducted from my account balance for the same.
I even spoke to their senior manager & sent a mail to nodal officer but yet no resolution has been provided to me.
I request You to kindly look into the matter & solve this as soon as possible.
