Our business is laptops sales and Service. For service problem I need to call all company Toll Free number. I given my online complaint to idea cellular company but I get proper response from them. So I given my complaint to you.
I have one problem from idea cellular mobile service. I am not able to used Toll Free Number. My problem is not only anyone toll free number but from Idea mobile (GPRS) we are not call any Toll Free numbers. If I want to call HP, Dell, Compaq Any other company Toll Free it give message only "PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER YOU ARE DAIL." I understood if company as not tie-up with any one number but what about the other company numbers. But I see other Company like Airtel, Tata, Reliance and BSNL are given the service to call Toll free number. But only Idea Cellular is not provide this facility
