Dnd calls not stoped even after registering no. in dnd

I am rajiv kumar, a customer of idea cellular services, i had registered my cell phone no. 9911300800 with the idea company under dnd list on 5th feb, but still after 45 days the calls have not stoped . further the company has charged me so many times for hearing promotional calls and started, promotional services like caller tunes, jokes on demand involuntarily, just because i answered the call. the idea customer care has not been of much use either.

i hope that you will kindly look into the matter.
