Idea Cellular Ltd is charging lot of amount unnecessarly.
from last 1 month thaey are charing ipl-score message 10 rs per day even thourg i have not requested.
Many time i had call with customer care but still no one is able to give correct answer.
why they have started this message on my number even though i have not requested.
i have 2 idea mobiles with idea cards how and why should i reqiest ipl-score alret even i am watchin ipl-score live.
please take this complaints serious.
lot's of peope getting alert- mesage but they are not checking how mouch amounts are debited from their accounts.
Idea Cellular Ltd is fooing people unncecessary.
