I am subscriber of Idea Cellular Ltd. (Mobile No. 9011019431, A/C No. : 1.11736901). We have received bill for the month of November for Rs. 2, 231/-. (Invoice No. 098709694, dated 06/12).
The said invoice was a real shock for us as our previous bills for every month are ranging from Rs. 175 – 250. As the said invoice amount is huge, we scrutinized the itemized bill given by Idea cellular Ltd. and to our surprise we found that there are two calls made on No. 55181. We do not recognize this number hence calling on this number is out of question. From the bill you will find that the amount charged by Idea Cellular Ltd. for this calling is Rs. 1, 537.80/-. You will find that the said calls are made on same date and at same time but for 110 minutes. (on 26.11.2009 at 9:34:15 & 9:34:24), which is simply impossible.
This matter was taken up with Idea Cellular Ltd., even to their highest authorities. But no one bothered to even response to this complaint.
