I was working with My Idea,

I m using Idea Prepaid number, i have wronglly charge for service wich i have never ever activate, after lanching the complaint i gets a call back from backend team and blames me that i have activated, i know all forcefully ativation done by telecom sector, and i know very well how many customers raise issue on this, thise is a good scheme to generate revenu, hope i will get my refund
