I did never opted for 'feature' on my idea phone no. 9891107759.IDEA company has been charging me Rs.199/- plus tax since Feb. I noticed the same on receiving my bill on 29.04.2010 and immediately called up Idea customer care and apprised them of the mistake commited by the company. They insisted that I have opted for the service. At that time I did not even know what this service was. I also told them that if I opted for the service, I would have used it atleast once in 4 months. However I requested them to dis-connect the same and refund my money which has been wrongly charged. To my utter surprise, the same ' feature ' charges have been charged in my latest bill received on 27.05.2010.
It appears that Idea Cellular is making their money by issuing false bills to its cutomers. I would request them thru your good offices to refund my money in the shape of credit to my account.
