On 6-1-11 my balance was Around Rs.300 when i seen my balance on next day 7-1-11 it shows around Rs.11 so i called customer care '198' around ten were customer complain and request are note... but they refuse to not my complain and even i called 12345 there another customer care but there call gets automatically disconnect... even i informed it in 198 they tell us to call 12345 again and again and refusing to note any of my complains... please help me.
