PORT out policies not clarifying

I have a CUG plan with Idea for three years.

But due to coverage problem in my locality, I opted for porting out from Idea.

However, porting out was rejected stating "There are subsisting contractual obligations."

When contacted the customer care folks, I got the information that mine is a CORPORATE plan which I need to get it changed to INDIVIDUAL from Idea store. When contacted the store, they said that mine is an individual plan.

Again I called customer care and now he said I need to change the bill plan from Idea store. After changing the bill plan, still they say that I need to get some more formalities in order to get the porting approved.

Customer care people and the store guys are not enough learned about the policies and I had to suffer becuase of that.
