Not responding to complaints of No Network Coverage

I am really PISSED OFF with the services Network Coverage of IDEA CELLULAR, I have put forward this issue many a times to IDEA People but nobody responded, it's only 15 days back I got a call from Idea and I told him about the issue. There was no indication from their side as in when this issue will be sorted. I am really dissatisfied with the coverage and even thinking of changing my service with Vodafone. On top of that, whenever I see their Ad on the TV showing signals getting inside the Lift also, I feel cheated. I can just simply suggest IDEA to cut down your budgets on Ads and instead build a good infrastructure first which should complement your claims.
