Balance deduction from prepaid no

I am a idea cellular customer, having prepaid mobile no.9921680980

From last 3 days my balance is deduction is on I had lost Rs.12/- without using any outgoing call/sms. I had tried to talk with customer care on 198 / 12345 nos. but every time got answer that u try after 4 hrs. Our system is busy. I am not using my cell phone service for outgoing call, balance deduction is on. Kindly refund my deducted balance to my account. Kindly look into the matter.
