Providing wrong information

I request them to provide me UPC id so that i can change my telecom service provider but they provide me wrong code i.e 252737. I gave this code to new provider they reject it & when i contact idea customer care they everythng is alright but providing no resolution. They menatally harassed me. pls provide me solution so that i can live in peace.
