Hi,
I am a customer of Idea Prepaid since April and due to horrible network problems, call drop issues which i faced with Idea from last 6 months, I opted for a MNP from Idea to Airtel, and i raised the request for the same. But 4 days after raising the MNP request i received a message saying, my MNP has been denied due to invalid UPC code. Hence i raised the request for the 2nd time and the same happened again, and this was repeated for the third time too. When i call the customer care or visit the idea outlets, i dont get a satisfactory reason for the same. This is ridiculous and utter negligence towards customers who have been with the network for such a long time.
Kindly provide a resolution for the same, else i would be compelled to change my service provider as well as my telephone no.
