Increase call rate of postpaid plan

Dear Sir,

Idea cellular Ltd. revised their call rates without any information, I have a corporate postpaid plan. My previous call rates were Rs..50/per call but now it is Rs..60/per call. They commit me that my call prices will be same for two years. How can you revise price without information?
