I am regular user of Idea. I have purchased a new prepaid connection. I have complaint so many times that company deducting from my balance. I want to put my number in DND category and UnSubscribe the unwanted service Love ki Shayeri by which Rs. 1 per day is going to deduct from my balance, which have been activated without my consent on my Mobile No.:8057124749. I am very much depressed with the act of the Idea Company. I thought that now company is not intrested in satisfaction of customer. If again these type of services will be activated on my Mobile No. I will complaint in TRAI against the company.
