I tried to do an online recharge for my Idea Netsetter prepaid on 12th June for Rs. 598. However, the transaction failed and Rs. 598 was deducted from my bank account. It has been ten days and I haven't received the refund nor have I heard from you. Please look into it and take necessary steps as soon as possible.
