Idea cellular ltd postpaid
Bill Plan Change without taking conformatiom from Custome

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I was using a postpaid connection (8308819155) of Idea Cellular in Pune Maharashtra since last 1.5 years. Idea cellular has change my tariff plan without conforming me.

Due to that I have paid Rs 803 extra.

SMS Charges = 0 Rs 15 Feb As per the old plan

SMS Charges = 220.5 Rs 15 Mar As per the New plan

SMS Charges = 227 Rs 15 Apr As per the New plan

SMS Charges = 356 Rs 15-May As per the New plan

Kindly take necessary action against Idea Operator.
