Sir/Madam,
There is poblem of no network coverage in area for Idea Mobile user. I am living in Igatpuri Dist Nashik. I had given complaints for this problem to Idea customer care for five to six times till this date. I am giving this complaint on consumer forum on dt 12/03 time 11.00pm. At this also there is no network coverage from last 2 hours. This is worst case i had seen on Idea network. We are paying for the service and not getting it at the right time. This problem is happening 4-5 times in a month from last three month. Kindly take strict action against IDEA CELLULAR LTD who is not at all customer centric.
