I am a customer of idea cellular ltd, i just wand an enquirer about my connection but the customer care executives response not well, they disconnected call with out my permission, i call 3 times in 458 and 2 times in 198 complement help desk, they respondent not well, they didn't give correct clarification of my questions, they avoid me and disconnected my call without my permission, 458 customer care number will be charging 50ps /every 3sec, this charges will be deducted from my account in 3 times, this time customer care executive respond not will, please check it and clarifying the problem from customer care executive side, please check this complaint and solve this problem and give a good customer service
it not a compliant it's request from all customers please... solve the problem
