Unwanted and hidden charges

2006 onwards i am using idea post paid connection in my handset. At this time the provider giving many facilities with out my consent, and they are charging a huge amount in the bill on every month. The details given below;

Sir,

i am also attaching the last month (march) bill for your attention. Kindy varify the shaded portion to know the extra charges they have added with out my consent.i am already given many complaints against this in idea customer care over phone. But nothing happened from their part.

Sir, so kindly do the need to avoid these kind of practices
