I am using Idea connection from last two year, i purchased a corporate connection on January.
On January I migrate postpaid to prepaid. That time I was submit all Xerox copy of the mentioned documents along with Photo.
After 15 days submitted again. The service provider without any information closing the connection along with the reason document incomplete.
This was happened 5th times and I was submitted document 5th time. Last month they have taken re-signature on the previous document.
And now they again bard the number last night without prior notice.
This is happened sixth time.
Balance in the account is 1000 .
When I have balance 90 they resoled my concerned immediate.
When I recharged with 1000/- they addressed and again temporary bard the number again.
So my concern is that who is responsible for the problem which faced by myself.
