Hi Team,
I am using your IDEA sim card from last 2 year (approximately). I had given request for port-out from IDEA,
But i was retained by your Postpaid plan, So i had given a request for a migration at Sudam Telecom
but the thing was that My Friend Rahul called up to customer care and said that the Post paid Card is Still Not active,
first GANESH was talking he was not well and good on call, Second i had talked to REKHA, MILIND, SANTOSH, and
Team Leader of Idea Escalation Desk ANAND B, these are the people who are not giving me te good service of customer care,
the Idea Customer care Executive even dont know to talk in English, while talking to them My Friend Rahul said that why the card
is not been got activated, so agent saying that Contact to the My Idea shop, Rahul said "i dont know anything i want to Complaint"
after that Ganesh Disconnected the call from his End, next time the lady recieved the call and said its showing that in the systems
that i had given request on 18th Mar So it will take 23rd Mar to get activated this Card, So Rahul said its said by them it will take
48-72 hrs to get activated, So why this much time, and he said trasfer your call to Team Lead, So ANAND B was talking to me
and Rahul said that he is the Shop owner of Sudam Telecom, and said that i had given request to them to activate the card,
So why it will take this mch time, but the ANAND said that as per process time it will take that much time only he cant do
anything from there, so Rahul said that transfer the call to your superior that i can complaint this Issue to Higher level
of IDEA but still ANAND was saying he will be not able to Transfer any call from here now, So i got angry and
said that i want my card active by 21st Mar as 48-72 hrs is getting over on that day, but still he said it will
get activated on 23rd Mar only, So i had disconnected the call, After Some time From these people ANAND
the Team Leader called me from the Dummy number for outcall to the customer the number was 9011100185,
ANAND was saying thathe has sended the mail to the Team, and they will check this out and Get
back to me, But ANAND was also saying that he can raise a FIR against me that Rahul was using Sudam Telcom
Owner's name (Subhash Madane) for Transfer of the call and i was doing some fraud also, and ANAND was also Abusive on call,
So just i want to say that please check and do something to the AGENT and the Team Lead ANAND, and to the Escalation department.
and please tell them to tell to dont give the any type and warnings (धमकी) to me, other wise i will not FEAR
to complaint in TRAI against you and IDEA People. as i had added in CC to TRAI also. you can check
